The extensive pepper plantations grow strong on the fertile and blessed land of Gizé Farm, in Guarani, located in Zona da Mata region, Minas Gerais state. The gentle wind bends the branches loaded with unbelievable nine or even ten kilos of pepper per plant. A feat of the technology adopted by the farm under the administration and attentive eyes of owner Dário Alvim. It was his idea to grow pepper as an alternative income on the farm that has been with the family for five generations.
