Kosher Parve Certificate
So much dedication has earned recognition to the company, such as receiving the Kosher Parve Seal, awarded only to high quality products and in compliance with the requirements imposed by Jewish laws. The term Kosher, which means "appropriate" or "correct" is used to describe foods that can be consumed by Jews. To receive the seal, the production of Faísca company underwent several stages of modernization and strictness.

First, all data on the ingredients that make up the products, the supply chain and the manufacturing process used was made available to the relevant agency.

In the second stage, after it was proven that the products met the standards of the Jewish diet, the visit of Rabbi Jacob Israel Blumenfeld to the factory was scheduled for a final audit and approval. Only then, the packages could receive the Kosher Parve Certificate, a guarantee that that food has met all strict demands, ensuring that it can be consumed by kashrut followers.
FDA Registration
Having a product with an excellence proven by the Brazilian health authorities is not enough to enter other territories. The competent agencies of these countries are required to attest to this same veracity. In addition to being bureaucratic, it is a time-consuming and meticulous challenge.
The United States, for example, has the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), a Federal Agency of the Department of Health and Human Services, exclusively dedicated to the assessment of quality requirements imposed on foodstuff, which enter the U.S. ready for human consumption.

Faísca is one of the Brazilian food companies approved in compliance with all FDA safety requirements and it is able to offer its products on Uncle Sam's land. The company registration number, FCE # 14909, is registered on the product label.
